Buying an Aircraft

Making the case for the airline industry with your company complete with a jet will have a careful consideration of several important factors. Some of them include making the plane successfully, financing, tax issues and strategies for the acquisition of aircraft.

Some questions to ask and answer are:

• How to set the property?

• What is the total expenditure in relation to the perceived benefits have a plane?

• If the device in? New or Used

• What type of plane you see Gulfstream jet?

• How will you acquire an aircraft management company, including the pilot and crew off?

• If you rent or buy?

Speaking of the latter, you can use TMV (the time value of money) to help decide. It is assumed most return on investment over a period of time the effects of inflation on dollar assets are not used to pay immediately. This can make renting a more attractive option.

A plan

Obtain full ownership in an aircraft offers several benefits. You will always have a fixed value and can use it whenever you want. Accelerated depreciation may also offer some tax benefits are considerable.

The initial capital investment can be profitable. Ongoing commitment to cover the cost of the crew, insurance, maintenance, housing of aircraft and other responsibilities can also be seen as a weakness. You also have to bear the cost of professional management of aircraft at home or through a company aircraft management business.

Funding is available. However, there is no 100% financing again. There is not, if any, money out there for aircraft over 15 years. In fact, age of aircraft affects the percentage of the loan to value. For example, funding for “youth” Gulfstream jet or a small business from six to fifteen years of age may require aircraft was 20% to 80% financing.

No agreement can be obtained. During the first 10 months of 2011 aircraft sales transactions increased by 10.3%. This is perhaps because the asking price of the aircraft fell 15.8% during the same period while the average time on the market increased by 9-367 days.

A buyer broker competent jet is required to navigate through the acquisition of aircraft. He / she will ensure that the seller has provided full disclosure and help you organize the pre-purchase inspection. Buyers will also receive funding, accounting and legal advice from a broker.

The Importance of Outsourcing Pre-Preparation, Job Card Analysis for Aircraft MRO Projects

In the world of large aircraft, maintenance procedures required are too expensive and needed to be part of heaven to give the world peace. Repair and conservation overhaul (MRO) project must be planned and prepared in advance and analysis of pre-service preparation of a map of the card works projects already “gives the vision in which costs can be cut in future projects.

Let’s face it, keeping the weight of the air assets are costly efforts, one who cuts in profit margins are thin razor blades for the government, airlines and aircraft operators of all types. Thus, disclosure of the cost reduction is an integral part of the success and job preparation for the analysis of maps are key steps to create opportunities for cost reduction. What MRO project done at home or with a third party, usually there are cost overruns can be avoided in future projects if accurate analysis possible.

Pre-employment preparation for card analysis can be performed by aircraft operators and technical department can take weeks or even days per month. Pay the Department of Technical pore over thousands of worksheets is an impairment loss (and expensive) resources, and more cut in the profits of all aircraft operators to closely guard.

Aircraft operator may choose to have their MRO providers to pre-analysis preparation service their card, but this analysis will be seen in the context of aircraft maintenance provider is the operator, and therefore can provide opportunities little or no cost-cutting and can cost more than do internally to get started!

Outsourcing and the tedious manual work is the best solution for three reasons (explained in more detail below):

Councillors Aircraft Maintenance (AMCS) to see things from the perspective of their client, not MRO provider
AMC do the job with a much lower cost
This report is complete and an action

A consultant in aircraft maintenance (AMC) to analyze the work of pre-preparation of the driver card means that the analysis is performed with an eagle eye on the territory of the previous project, in which each of the cost savings could not be found. What better use of manpower, spare parts and components, resources, project management and better and better planning, it is almost certainly where the cost can be reduced.

AMC can provide this service at a reduced cost of more than one house technical department to lower the rates per hour on average and can save thousands of dollars by reviewing the project operator.

This analysis is performed by highly qualified engineers and had known, of course, and presented in a report, complete a detailed brief. In this report, the work can be completed card to the next project (s) more efficiently and with the vision of where the costs can be reduced … sometimes dramatically.

It is clear that outsourcing pre-employment preparation for analysis of card is the best route for each aircraft operator to take, but there are some small companies specializing in offering this solution. Those who do, usually associated with MRO providers and, as noted above, in the best interest to reveal little or no opportunity for cost reduction. So it is important to find one that is in neutral and do preparatory work on the analysis of card privileges pre for the customer. With all the preparations for pre-employment for the next card to ensure that the analysis of potential cost savings will be revealed, if there is no cost for the job.

It does not fit safely into the world a better outsourcing the operation of aircraft from pre-employment preparation for the analysis of maps for the MRO projects and it is one that can be separate to meet even the most aggressive cost cutting initiatives to aircraft operators have much to put in place.

New to the Aircraft Washing Business – How Do I Get Customers?

As a young man, age 12, I started cleaning my own airplane, and it is quite difficult to do because, well, I’m a little short for my age, and no one really wants me to touch their plane. It took a little doing it until I got my first client. Through trial and error, I learned a little hard on the marketing of air transport services, but end up with a growing customer base and eventually I clean 135 aircraft weekly or biweekly least two different local airports. Maybe I should stop, it’s hard, but I know nothing so I’m plugging away.

Sometimes the lessons we learn early in our business careers that stay with us the best. One day, I was reminded of this by a young man in the same way. He asked a question that really sent my mind in the way of memory, and I certainly thank him for that. Now, let me tell you what I said and maybe you too can learn something – if you are trying to increase your customer when washing aircraft.

Ben wrote: “I’m fifteen (these may be relevant), and a few days ago I had a good business idea:. Washing of aircraft I did some research on the subject and find that you have done this, and many people wonder how / did you go about networking and how do you get your first customers? I’d love to hear what you say I have a burning desire to succeed … ”

Well there are some things you can do. I suggest you get on the computer and the design of a sales letter. Back in my day, we do not have a computer processor or a word, just type-writer and copier inadequate at a print shop. Then I suggest you a list of aircraft owners county, or the FAA and to send them a sales letter. Also speaking at the local FBO and see if they will commit to a contract to clean their planes and also spoke with the owner of the flying club as well.

When I was age sometimes I’ll hang out in the wash rack and the vehicle trade-in plan to help the driver-owner of an aircraft or to wash, clean, and wax their planes, and they make me confidence, they hire me to go out and clean it every week. Indeed, I have so much information about it, I might someday write a book about it, and I have written numerous articles. If you are interested please let me know so I can help you too.

You see, it’s fun to wash aircraft, hard work, of course, but it is a good deal smaller and teach entrepreneurship, that is valuable for what you do in the world. Please consider all this.
